Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of each customized order, WadeWerx is unable to accept returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect. We stand behind each of our products and urge customers to contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to discuss any concerns regarding potential defects. We will work with you to resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
Customer service is our top priority. We are very confident in our products and want our customers to feel confident and satisfied as well. If you have a problem, please let us know and we will do our very best to solve it efficiently. We attend shows and tournaments as regularly as we can to offer customer support, whether you have one of our products or not.
